Madds uses your SAP catalogue, units and packs, warehouse stock, price lists and customer-specific prices, tax groups, and customer records with delivery addresses, payment terms and assigned sales reps. Your team approves each order before it goes to SAP. We confirm the connection and permissions for your installation before the pilot starts.
We both sign a data agreement and agree a private transfer before you send customer lists, order history, sales rep numbers, screenshots or emails. Keep passwords, access tokens and customer records out of the public demo form.
Orders reach Madds through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and Messenger Platform, and as purchase orders emailed to a Gmail or Outlook inbox you connect. Messages delivered to a sales rep's chat stay subject to WhatsApp's and Messenger's own history, access and deletion controls.
Before activation, your data agreement identifies the hosting and processing providers, their locations, the records they receive, and the retention and deletion arrangements for your pilot.
If an order fails, we alert your named contact within five minutes. Before the pilot starts, we agree the desk contact, backup and coverage, and rehearse the handoff.
